At Bee in the Woods we love the chance to play with natural, open ended materials - objects that inspire talk, thought and imagination.  At our Kindergarten and Playgroups we see first hand how 'Loose parts play' can boost language skills and physical dexterity whilst opening up never-ending possibilities for fantasy and play.

Treasure Baskets and Heuristic Play enable babies and young children to explore safe natural resources and can boost development by stimulating the senses, developing hand-eye coordination and strengthening muscles.

We are keen to share our love of open-ended play with beautiful, natural objects and so we have decided to open our own little 'pop-up shop' in time for Christmas.  We have limited stock of beautiful, simple and safe toys made from natural materials designed to encourage creative development and little imaginations.  We have a choice of ready made treasure basket sets or craft kits to put together those instagram-worthy natural decorations for your home.
